Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for requesting and obtaining refunds for events organized by the Indian Students' Association, Eindhoven (referred to as "we," "our," or "us").

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for event tickets may be requested under the following conditions:
- Event cancellation: If an event is canceled by us for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- Date or venue change: If the date or venue of an event is changed, and you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund.
- Personal reasons: Refund requests for personal reasons, such as illness or emergency, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Procedure: To request a refund for an event ticket, you must contact us at tueindhoven.isa@gmail.com with your name, email address, the event name, and the reason for the refund request. The latest by which refunds may be approved depends largely on the logistical demands of the event.
Refund Review and Approval: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and determine whether you are eligible for a refund based on the provided information and the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the ticket purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Non-refundable Events: Certain events may be non-refundable, such as fundraising events or events with limited capacity where tickets are non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms outlined in this policy. Please refer to the Refund Eligibility section for more information.

By purchasing a ticket for our events, you understand that this policy is non-exhaustive and signify your acceptance of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please refrain from purchasing event tickets. Your continued purchase of event tickets following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
