ISA Eindhoven takes all necessary precautions and exercises due care and diligence to ensure that all our activities and events are carried out in a safe and responsible manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for any consequences that arise from your participation in these activities. As a participant, you are solely responsible for your own actions and well-being.  Please note that this legal disclaimer is non-exhaustive and intended to provide you with a general overview of our policies. By accessing and using our website, services and events, you, within reasonable discretion, waive the right to lodge any formal complaints of any sort against ISA Eindhoven. Terms & Conditions

Membership Eligibility:

  • Membership is open to all students currently enrolled in educational institutions in Eindhoven or those who have graduated within the last academic year.

  • Accurate information must be provided during registration.

  • Registration may be extended to non-students upon the ISA Board's discretion.

  • Registrants for events are treated as members until the end of the even

Code of Conduct:

  • Members must uphold high standards of conduct at all events.

  • Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in membership consequences.

  • Respect and courtesy must be shown to all members, guests, and organizers.

  • Disputes should be reported to the ISA Board for resolution.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

  • Members must respect copyright and intellectual property laws when sharing content.

  • Original content or properly attributed material should be shared.

  • The Association reserves the right to remove infringing content.

  • Requests for removal of content may be directed to the ISA board.

Membership Suspension or Termination:

  • The Association may suspend or terminate membership with or without cause.

  • Grounds for suspension or termination include violating the Code of Conduct or engaging in detrimental activities.

  • Suspended or terminated members are not entitled to refunds.

General Provisions:

  • The Association may amend these terms at any time.

  • Members are bound by the revised terms upon notification.

  • These terms constitute an agreement between members and the Association but are non-exhaustive within reason.

  • Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

By becoming a member or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
